Payment Security
You can pay for your purchases securely and easily online. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partner PayPal. The business name 'Andy Loughran' will appear on your Paypal receipt.
Our Guarantee
Our aim is to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or correct any errors in connection with an order. If the goods are faulty, we shall refund the cost of the goods plus the return and outward postage costs, as per the Sale of Goods Act. Non-faulty purchases may be returned within 7 days from the day they are received. Please let us know before you return any goods by using the contact form on the website or by email to: customerservice@serenityzen.co.uk
Providing non-faulty goods are unused and in 100% condition, we will by happy to refund the full cost, including the outward postage, but excluding return postage costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage the return post may incur, so it is recommended that you use recorded delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Delivery Costs
We use Royal Mail Standard Parcel service along with Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service and prices for delivery will be added at the end of your order once the weight of the items have been calculated. We do advise that you use Recorded Mail to ensure you receive your order in the guaranteed time scale that Royal Mail offer.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us by email customerservice@serenityzen.co.uk) within 48 hours of receipt and we will advise accordingly. We cannot be held responsible for a delay in transit, and your order won't be replaced until after the 15 working days, when Royal Mail considers the parcel lost.
Availability
We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item.
